Its definitely a power dynamic kind of kink. I'd say probably more along the lines of Sadism/masochism rather than humiliation.

This artist has been drawing gut punching for as long as I can remember. Stopped following his art maybe 3-4 years ago because it just wasn't interesting.

The disappointing thing is that the art is decent and he usually draws hot dynamics or situations, bondage being common. It's just that he has that one fetish that he just HAS to shove in as much as he can of and it drags the whole thing down. Happens a lot with some artists, honestly.

The writer of Dog Days is actually Andrew "Aethan" French, who also writes The Pig Pen itself, and My Last Night in Budapest, and he wrote Circles back in the 2000s. He writes comics that are drawn by other artists.

The permanently limited-run stuff confuses me, too. It would make more sense for artists to publish first on Patreon, and then release publicly months or a year later, so that everyone can see it eventually. But this artist makes some exclusively direct-distributed stuff that's never seen again unless someone puts it on sites like this.
