Nailed it. Robert and Rosanne, the wolverine couple in the wife swap comic, have three kids, two boys and a girl. This is the girl, and one of the boys was seen in the incest sauna comic, along with Robert's father (I'll assume Robert and Rosanne don't know that one of their kids and Robert's father are banging each other).
