(Image in this post is only tangentially related and not what I'm looking for)

Please help me find an image I saw once a few months back.

It's an image of a kobold and an avian-looking character. Kobold was nude, I'm pretty sure. They had been arrested and were in front of a judge/magistrate type person. The kobold was saying something like "Kobold am not in a cent!" while the avian seemed frustrated/annoyed at them.
